We are CCBR,
The Clinton County Board of REALTORS.
We are here to help you in your quest to purchase or sell property in Clinton County, NY. We are a much-diversified group of highly trained professionals who have chosen real estate as a career.
Not all agents or brokers are REALTORSŪ – there is a difference. Only those who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ are properly called REALTORSŪ who follow high standards and are committed to treating you fairly and honestly. REALTORSŪ subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics, which in many cases goes beyond state law. A REALTORŪ shares information on the homes they are marketing, through a Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Working with a REALTORŪ who belongs to an MLS will give you access to the greatest number of homes and prospective Buyers.
That's why the vast majority of buyers and sellers rely on real estate professionals to make sure the job gets done right. So when you decide to buy or sell, choose a REALTOR and work with someone who'll work with you. An independent survey reports that 84% of homebuyers would use the same REALTORŪ again. Many Sellers don't realize that four out of five homes are sold by a real estate professional and that these homes consistently sell for more than FSBOS-For Sale By Owners- 27% on average.
